- As part of the preparation of the forum, our agency developed a corporate identity for the event and built up the stage of the main hall and the welcome zone, developed navigation elements, designed electronic invitations, screensavers, handouts, souvenirs, staff promotional uniforms.
- We organized an electronic invitation campaign, delegated management of the participants, developed an event scenario and provided technical support, including the flawless operation of the most significant demonstration zone of HP equipment.
- We organized the catering for guests, evening music-entertainment program.
