  • Photo shooting was organized with subsequent processing and formation of a library of images with infographics, taking into account the limitations of the marketplace and the wishes of the client. Recommendations were also given on extrapolating this content to other online platforms.
  • A database of detailed descriptions has been compiled, including the entire list of SKUs, and names with SEO optimization have been developed.
  • General analytics of the market niche was carried out on the OZON online platform to identify a relevant category for the sale of goods. Based on the results of this analysis, TOP-10 categories were identified with a turnover of over 40 million rubles per month.
  • Based on the results of the segmental analysis, recommendations were made on pricing, promotional activity, trends, and data on the dynamics of the niche as a whole.
  • The client was presented with a detailed analysis of competitors, reflecting the cost, sales, content, and other factors affecting goods' general ranking and dynamics.
  • We completed and published gold standard product maps with quality content.
  • Work has been done on setting up tags, filtering, and SEO optimization (development of the semantic core).
